This home is available for in person tours. We are looking for an 18 month lease to start with option to renew at that time, sorry we are not interested in a 12 month lease to start. Walking in from the front door you will find a large living room with wood fireplace. The main floor has hardwood floors, 1 large bathroom, and 3 bedrooms which are larger is size than most of the houses built at this time. As you walk through the dedicated dining space into the kitchen you will find the 4 season breezeway, access to the deck, garage, and stairs to the basement. Downstairs you have laundry, 3/4 bath, and a very large family room/rec area. Laundry and storage are located off the hallway leasing to the bathroom. You will be responsible for all utilities and lawn/snow care. Renters insurance required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For full criteria visit our website and click “apply now” on the listed unit. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month. This program ensures that high-quality HVAC filters are regularly delivered to the doorstep, saving our residents 5-15% on energy bills, offers a clean and healthy living environment, and reduces tenant liability.
