Questions about this property’s policies and fees?
This is a bright and welcoming 4 bedroom/2 full bath house in the heart of University City (20 min walk to CHOP/Penn/Drexel). It's the perfect mix of urban and suburban, with off-street parking and access to the 34 (T2) and 13 (T3) trolley, 42 bus lines within blocks. Five minute walk to Clark Park (farmers market, playgrounds, dog park). All pets welcome! We just redid everything (kitchen, deck, bathroom, etc) thinking it was our forever house as we love the neighborhood. It's got a second-floor laundry, eat-in kitchen, sunroom, patio, dining room, first floor bathroom, off-street parking, huge basement, an amazing "play alley," and a small but functional front yard. It's in the Penn Alexander K-8 School catchment. Pets okay. It's available starting Oct 1st (but flexible move in) for $3600 water/trash included. Owners only a block away for easy resolution of any issues!
