Two 3Ls at Tulane Law looking for 1 more roommate to share a large 3-bedroom house at a great location on Freret St. Preference given to Professional/Graduate students, but all cool people are welcome. Needs to be a one-year lease starting in August, and rent is $600/month, which is ridiculously cheap for the size of the house and its location. Plenty of great restaurants in the immediate area, Dat Dog is on the next block, and the house is easy walking distance to school. Large kitchen, dining room, and living room. Gas range, dishwasher, washer/dryer Bottom level is the basement/garage. Can fit 2 cars in the garage, and the other roommate doesn't drive, so that spot would be yours. Enormous backyard with a pool. Not an awesome pool, but still fun when its hot. Landlord is extremely cool. Always responds quickly when we need something fixed. And he mows the lawn himself too, so no lawn care. He doesn't allow dogs though, which sucks, and trust me I've tried to change his mind on that but nothing doing. It's a big house but the bills are surprisingly reasonable to heat and cool it. Costs about as much as my first place did, which was a one-bedroom half-shotgun (which means small, grossly inefficient, and ubiquitous as NO rental properties).
