Property Id: 1541802 This 300 sq. ft. unit has a private entrance with a kitchenette (with your own dishes and cups and water storage, microwave, and toaster oven). T.V. Wifi and its own living room, closet, desk, and mini refrigerator. It has a full-size bed (new mattress) and a futon sofa. We have central heat and air conditioning. The bath is private. There are 2 steps to the main house. Private entrance. You have a patio chimnea and bistro table outside your entrance. Our yard is gated and private. We have security cameras. Must have references, driver's license, and background check. Recent review comes at a 5 star rating, starting with how comfortable everything is. If your looking for a quiet space this is the place for you. Lisa does not intrude in anyway. Lisa is always available to help, always very fair. My stay was short but excellent. Leo her dog is so sweet. Bathroom/bedroom is clean. Very close to everything in asheville. Does not disappoint. -Eddie S.
