Central heat and air conditioning (electric heat pump.) Ceiling fans throughout. Tenant responsible for all utilities, including electricity and water, and lawn care/ landscape maintenance. No cosigners. No smoking. One small dog under 20 lb is negotiable; no cat permitted.
