Walking into this home you have the large living room with bay window which leads into the formal dining room. Just off the formal dining room you will find ample cabinet and storage space in the kitchen and a patio door directly into the fully screened in porch. All three bedrooms have LVP flooring and are located on the main floor with the full bathroom. Downstairs is the fully finished laundry area and another bathroom, a second carpeted living room and wet Bar great for gathering. From the driveway you can enter the fully screened in porch with decking, as well as the two-car garage and gated entrance in to the fully fenced in backyard. As a tenant you will be responsible for electric, gas, trash, and lawn care and snow removal. Renter's insurance also required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit.
