About 48 River Ave
Nice 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, single family home with a sizeable yard looking over the Charles River in Newton Upper Falls. Large living room with fireplace thats open to the dining area. Eat in kitchen with dishwasher/garbage disposal. One bedroom and one full bathroom are on the first floor and two king size bedrooms (carpeted) and one full bathroom are on the second floor. Lots of storage in the basement, as well as laundry hook ups (machines are currently there). From the basement you can walk out to your patio and large yard. The Charles River is just through the trees, easy to launch a canoe or kayak. Parking for three cars and this is not a through street, so no traffic! Local Taverns are less than a 1/4 mile (Dunn Gaherins) and 1/2 mile away (The Biltmore Bar Grill), as well as the post office and other local shops. The entrance to I95 at rte 9 is within one mile, so very convenient to most places. From these pictures and video, the current dining room will be made into a
