Merriam apartment (can be fully furnished if needed) - Fully remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Merriam apartment located in a 4 Plex building. Luxury vinyl flooring located throughout the entire home. The bright family room opens up to the kitchen that has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen area has the laundry area and also has the walk out patio. Rent is $1150 a month and deposit is also $1150. Pets welcome with a $500 non refundable pet fee and an additional $25/mo in rent per pet. Home is currently fully furnished and can be rented furnished for $1350/month. We do not accept section 8 or housing vouchers. WE DO NOT USE ZILLOW APPLICATIONS.
