Merriam 4 plex - 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Merriam property located in a 4 Plex building. Luxury vinyl flooring located throughout the entire home. The bright family room opens up to the kitchen that has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. The kitchen area also has the laundry area and also has the walk out patio. Large 2 bedrooms and full bath also have been updated. Rent is $1200 a month and deposit is also $1200. Pets welcome with a $500 non refundable pet fee and an additional $25 a month. We do not accept section 8 or housing vouchers. WE DO NOT USE ZILLOW APPLICATIONS.
