This building is a perfect place for a tenant who wants home to feel like a peaceful refuge from the stressors of daily life and where privacy is respected but also values having a sense of place with community and good neighbors when it counts :) * Responsive on-site owner who loves the building and is excited to welcome new tenants who will love it just as much! * Can send access to video tour upon request. LOCATION/CITY ACCESS/PARKING: * Located in the (literal) heart of Mayfair (if you look on a map the streets form a heart shape!). * Ample, permit-free street parking -- no hassle and no circling the block endlessly! (Current tenants have two cars and are almost always parked out front within steps of the building- never more than half a block away. Owner has observed the street parking very late at night and early in the morning and there's always a spot nearby.) * Easy access to public transportation -- Less than one mile walk to Metra or Blue Line. Or hop on the Lawrence bus at the stop just around the corner (and conveniently located by the Dunkin Donuts if you want to grab a morning coffee!), which takes you to the Kimball Brown Line or continue on to Lincoln Square/Ravenswood/Uptown. * Easy hop onto the Kennedy Expressway I-90/94 for a (hopefully) quick drive downtown (depending on traffic...) or out to O'Hare. * Short walk to Aldi, Jewel, or Walgreens and just a few minute drive or bike to Six Corners (where they're opening a new Pita Inn soon!) * Tons of green space nearby (including Mayfair Park, Gompers Park, North Park Village Nature Center, Rivers Park, Portage Park, Horner Park).
