Keller ISD. No smoking, TAR app. $65 app fee can be paid using credit card. Income needs to be 3x monthly rent, good rental and no bad in last 5 years. Renters insurance required. Pets ok with owner approval and additional pet deposit and monthly pet rent of $25.
