Property Id: 2024975 This property is a side by side duplex. All on ground level. The property itself has a full kitchen, full bath with bathtub, an in unit washer dryer, linens, cookware essentials, and basic paper products to start you off with. as well as two closets. 1 Large walk in closet and 1 slider closet. The wifi is high speed and it has a fully enclosed fenced yard that is shared with the other tenant. The yard is to the front of the property. Smoking is allowed outside but not inside. Parking is FREE on the street and we've never had tenants have difficulties parking on the street directly out front. There are no permits or timed signage around the house so you can park as long as you want whenever you want! The yard is shared and we do allow guests to have pets with them. There is a roll away bed in the closet. It's twin sized and that and the couch can be slept on along with the king bed accommodating a total of 4 people. We allow guests who have pets to let them out to potty off-leash/ play in the yard as long as they are friendly and have no bite history. As a result of the above information it's important that you know you may encounter another human and their pet in the shared yard. So if you would not enjoy this or if you're not a pet person probably this isnt' the best fit for you. Trash is your responsibility to take out to the curb, we won't do it for you and it is shared between the two units. Everything is on one level and there are not floor transitions in the space. There is no door between the bedroom and living/ kitchen. There are extra linens and all the basics you need to cook as well as hot water and wifi. We start guests off with basic paper products but you're responsible for replacement after the initials are used up.
