The home is a split floor plan with the Primary Bedroom and attached Primary Bathroom on one side of the home with Bedrooms 2 and 3 on the other side with the full Hall Bathroom. The oversized Utility Room has tons of space with room for a full size second refrigerator or freezer and connects to the Two-Car Garage. The large backyard and concrete patio provide tranquil space to relax.
