Property Id: 2490974 One room available with amazing views of a canyon and mountains of camp pendleton. You will have your own bathroom. Looking for temporary housing or long term. I live there and own the home. Would rather no pets, but could make an exception with a pet deposit. Rent would include utilities and internet. The home is already furnished. Need to lease the room as soon as possible and am welcoming phone calls and personal tours. The location is very close to freeway access, Camp Pendleton, hospitals, schools, shopping and about 15 minutes from the coast. The bedroom photo shows a couch and a desk, which have been removed and a bed is in there now, which can stay or be removed. Plenty of privacy as I do not have other roommates, kids, visitors or pets.
