This charming duplex is located in the Pacific Beach neighborhood and comes with a large privately enclosed yard. We are in the process of a remodel that includes full paint inside and outside the cottage, new windows & window coverings and more. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and fridge and a pass through window into the living room. Large windows filter in plenty of natural sunlight and the unit is just a short 10min walk to the Beach. There is a large covered patio with washer/dryer hookups. We just completed install of a new mini-split with AC and new windows are coming soon! This is a Non-Smoking, Non-E-Cig, Non-Vaping Property!
