Kitchen has all the items needed for cooking, including rice cooker, blender, etc. Water boiler for tea or instant coffee. Full size Samsung washer and dryer. Hardwood floors throughout the unit. Great space for work or play, long or short stays. Easy parking, highway access, bus & train. Sunny two floor unit, towels, linens, multiple desks, full kitchen, washer/dryer, everything needed. Unit stocked w/ everything needed. Bus stop to Stanford is just steps away. Several restaurants and a Walgreens within one block. Community pool access, April-Oct. Playground in community. No pets, no smoking, no parties - no exceptions to these requirements. The townhome is only 15 years old and stays very cool in summer, warm in winter. The community is quiet and safe, with many trees, shared grassy areas, playground and a pool. Free parking in the community and on surrounding streets. We will need to register your car to park inside the community, but this is free and easy to do online. Very close to transportation routes, including buses on an adjacent street, Caltrain stations 1 mile away. Many guests are visiting the Stanford University community.
