1 bedroom located by the Colorado mills mall, right beside the foothills. Between Lakewood and golden. Easy commute to Denver. Walk to the foothills in 5 minutes (for real, I'm not exaggerating). The balcony and neighborhood offer excellent views of Denver. Close to i70, rt 6 and 93. Between Lakewood and golden, convenient to Denver and evergreen. It's a great location for getting both the city and outdoor life. All new appliances! Everything in the kitchen works great. FREE heat! Keep warm this winter! 6 month lease with the option to renew at the end. Pet friendly! Great for plants. It is very quiet in this unit, I have lived here for several months and never had an issue with noise. Kitchen has microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher. A lot of closet space, with nice built in shelving in master bedroom. Unfortunately I'm commuting over an hour for work and need to move on from this gorgeous unit, hopefully you can enjoy it as much as I have!
