Just moved in within the week. Great price per square foot especially with the location that is what I feel like the value is going for. honestly everyone has there reason to like it or not to but I love the fact that highway 6 and I 70 and 470 all go by pretty much down the street . We're on the 2nd floor the view is fantastic and as far as (outdated) I really don't think so the place is old and they are working to up the value of the complex but I think is perfect I love the 70s it fits my needs and wants perfectly and finally the last thing I seen alot of people don't like is the parking. I don't expect mass parking the complex is on a hill it's pretty difficult and very expensive to add parking and to even get a permit for that it's unachievable almost, so I feel like the parking is able to get the unique land layout I love the terrace land it brings alot of style to a building ( more appealing than a cookie cutter house) there's also the big picture here no one sees and that's the fact that the college is literally a block over there is 5 reasons to back my 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟 thank you to Union square and everyone who works there myself and my roommate are very satisfied with the staff and the complex it's self. I feel grateful to have such an awesome place to live!!!
