I can confidently say this is one of the best buildings I’ve lived in since moving to Denver in 2017. The units are all nicely updated but actually good quality, very quiet (other than the normal apt noises), laundry in unit, balconies, need I go on? 😂 plus you get all this for an incredibly affordable price even with pet fees, parking and storage (if you opt in to those options). Jennifer, the PM is super responsive and communicative if there is ever an issue and the building itself is always pretty clean. There’s also a security company that does checks periodically throughout the day which is just an extra layer of comfort. Super conveniently located to the lightrail (literally can walk to it), Sloans lake, Edgewater marketplace, and more. There’s also a cute park a few blocks away with a nice dog park. Overall I’m super happy here and will be staying as long as I can 😌

We lived here for nearly a year, and we were fortunate to be the first people to live in our apartment. The building itself is new and clean. The apartment was better than any place we’ve ever lived - spacious rooms, nice shower, laundry in-unit, and a garage door that opens into the living area - you couldn’t ask for more. The people and dogs around the building are friendly and look out for each other. Maintenance was courteous and prompt on response time. The property manager, Beth, was always willing to lend an ear to any problems or suggestions around the property. She made us feel at home during the short time we were there. We really enjoyed our time there. If you’re looking for an affordable apartment with easy access to the city, mountains, or really anything else - take a look at Axis West.
