This quiet community offers a clubhouse with monthly activities , a heated private community pool, shuffleboard and a BBQ area all just steps away! Conveniently located near Trinity Hospital, shopping and restaurants! *Tenant will have to abide by all HOA rules* No one under 18 to be living in the home.
