The staff was excellent at helping us find a new home following our losses from hurricane Helene. We had an immediate need for a new place to live and they helped through every step. I am sure we will enjoy living here.

I was fortunate enough to call Lotus my home since they opened almost 6 years ago. I was one of the first and longest tenets at the complex. The management and staff are amazing. I rarely had any maintenance issues or requests, but when I did, they were taken care of in a speedy manner. I’m gonna miss the Location, the convenience, and the Starkey trails. We had the 3 bedroom townhome and it felt like a home. My two kids and I loved just walking to Publix to get groceries which was very convenient for us. Staff and management was very much accommodating with my family when I needed to rent two garages, providing air filters every month at no cost, and keeping the grounds clean. Whenever there were inspections, they always gave us 72 hour notice and didn’t just pop up at any time which I also appreciated. I will miss this place but had to relocate. This place is perfect for a young family. The whole time I lived at Lotus there was never a break in and felt safe enough for my kids to ride their bikes outside.
