The home is small but bright and freshly upgraded with vaulted ceiling, recessed lighting, and stackable washer and dryer already installed. Rent includes the park's lot fee and trash service. Small pets are allowed. Dogs cannot exceed 15" from ground to top of shoulder per park rules. Certain breed restrictions apply. A section of the yard is fully fenced and ready for a pet. Approval requirements are generally two times the monthly rent for income and clean recent criminal background. A copy of the most recent income verification and photo i.d. will be required. Approvals can be done quickly online, or on paper. Because of the small size of the home we need to limit residency to 2 people. Overall, a nice place to call home and enjoy Colorado!
