Property Id: 1448386 Take pride living in a quiet little mobile home park without having to 'share walls' with anyone! The Falcon Mobile Home Park is located on North Cascade Avenue near downtown Colorado Springs. People love living at this park. It’s an excellent location near I-25 and the university shops at Nevada Avenue. This cute little home is the newest addition in the park. The exterior has it’s own private driveway right in front of the homes entry. There is a covered wood deck, patio, and a large tuff-shed for storage. The kitchen has a large wrap-around countertop, and the living room has plenty of natural light with modern two inch white blinds. The home is small but bright and freshly upgraded with vaulted ceiling, recessed lighting, and stackable washer and dryer already installed. Rent includes the park's lot fee and trash service. Small pets are allowed. Dogs cannot exceed 15" from ground to top of shoulder per park rules. Certain breed restrictions apply. A section of the yard is fully fenced and ready for a pet. Approval requirements are generally two times the monthly rent for income and clean recent criminal background. A copy of the most recent income verification and photo i.d. will be required. Approvals can be done quickly online, or on paper. Because of the small size of the home we need to limit residency to 2 people. Overall, a nice place to call home and enjoy Colorado!
