3809 Elkins is a renovated Sylvan Heights bungalow. The house is divided into 2 units that are side by side. Both have access to fenced in the back yard and there is plenty of off-street parking. Apt B has hardwoods, central HVAC, dishwasher, W/D connections, decorative fireplace, high ceilings, fenced yard, off-street parking. Available July 6th, 2025 Rent $1620, Security Deposit 800, pet fee $600 App fee $75. Quiet pets ok with approval and $600 pet fee. Pets must be off-premises or crated for maintenance and pest control. Tenants shall arrange electrical service in tenant's name with Nashville Electric Service prior lease start date. Metro Water account will remain in management company's name. Tenants will be billed by management via the online tenant portal for water usage each month. Pest control provided by management upon request through tenant portal. Management provides bi-weekly lawn care during growing season. Tenant to alert us if service is delayed or if tree service is needed.
