We have started a waitlist for these highly sought-after studio apartments, located just steps from the Green Line train and only half a mile from the Longwood Medical Area. This is truly an unbeatable location! Several studios will be available soon, with rents ranging from $1,550 to $2,100. We are currently in the process of confirming which tenants will be renewing and which units will be opening up. If you are interested, text or email now to secure a spot on the waitlist. You will be notified the moment a unit becomes available. Most units will be available for September 1, 2026, though a few may become available earlier. **If you need a unit sooner, we can note that on the waitlist, but usually only one or two units a year end up available earlier. Applicants must have **excellent credit, a co-signer, or be here on a visa.** The management is particular about credit scores, but if you are on a visa, you are eligible to rent even without U.S. credit history. *NO PETS (Service animals and ESA are not “pets”) Move-in costs include first month’s rent, last month’s rent, a refundable security deposit (equivalent to one month’s rent), and a broker fee (equivalent to one month’s rent). These costs are **non-negotiable**, but a **payment plan may be possible** ALL funds must be received prior to receiving keys. These are some of the most affordable and well-maintained studios in the area. The property is clean, professionally managed, and ideally located on the Green Line (E-Train) and #39 Bus, providing easy access to the entire city. Heat and hot water are included in the rent.
