A quaint 1924 bungalow in the heart of Sylvan Park. Brand new windows. Large maintained yard. Gated backyard for pups that includes a gas barbeque, outdoor seating, and firepit. Large front porch with couch for people watching. Plenty of parking with full access from street to alleyway. Roomy enough for four people and 2 big dogs (this is a dog-friendly home, so if you are allergic, it may not be a good fit). The office can add a bed (futon) if needed. The home office has a large standup desk, a Peloton (membership is included in the rent), a yoga mat, and weights. There's a big backyard, which includes a barbeque and raised garden beds (currently growing chives, kale, and parsley) and a front porch. A clawfoot tub for soaking baths and a top-of-the-line washer and dryer. Sylvan Park is a charming neighborhood located just 4 miles from downtown, yet it maintains its own unique atmosphere. The area is popular for its local restaurants, such as Caffe Nona, which was featured on Dives, Diners, and Drive-ins, as well as the Saturday Farmers Market and the McCabe public golf course. This is only available from December 29th through April 30th.
