Down the hall is a storage closet under the stairs and half bathroom. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a sitting area, and a laundry room. The second floor has 9’ ceilings with recess lighting in the sitting area. At the top of the stairs is the hall full bathroom with dual sinks, a floor to ceiling tile bathtub, and a linen closet. Next to the hall bathroom is the laundry room with new washer and dryer. In the front of the home are two (2) bedrooms with carpet and large closets. In the back of the home is the master bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom is spacious and overlooks the pond. There are double doors that lead to the master bathroom which has a dual sink vanity with quartz countertops, walk in shower, linen closet, water closet, and a large walk-in closet. Marsh Cove neighborhood amenities include hammocks, Airondack chairs and fire pit, grill, and walking trails. The neighborhood of Dunes West also features community docks, Pavilion, and walking and biking trails. Dunes West is located close to shopping, Shipyard Park, and Wando Boat Landing. Dunes West is zoned for excellent public schools including Charles Pinckney Elementary, Cario Middle, and Wando High School. No Smoking. No pets. 12 month lease.
