A really fantastic location. Residential neighborhood lined with palm trees and receives little traffic. Apartment: 1st floor, but raised, so easy to access but with a second floor feel. Tons of storage space one linen closet, one coat closet, one deep utility closet, and a large bedroom mirrored closet. Lots of kitchen cabinets, as well. Kitchen includes: electric stove, marble countertops, garbage disposal, two porcelain sinks, oven, raised microwave, refrigerator. Carpeted floors in all areas except for bathroom, kitchen, and front door landing area (tile). Gas heat (we never used it). Common courtyard/patio area with flowers and plants. Coin-op laundry and dryer on site. Off-street parking spot included. Logistics: Landlord pays for trash and landscaping. Tenant pays for water and utilities (electricity, cable/internet, gas, etc.).
