(RLNE1493479) When I was searching Craigslist just like you are now for a place in Baldwin Park, CA, I found a lot of potentials, and visited a number of places, but this room ended up mine for a number of good reasons. I need someone to take over the lease for me as I am moving back East on June 27th. That means I need someone to move in paying deposit of $475 and first rent of $475 (that's $950) on June 28th, 2015. Deposit IS refundable from the landlord. First, the landlord "J" speaks English! So no confusion about rent and first of the month stuff! Second, this is a shared house with young, respectful full time workers (4 BR). A LOT of privacy even though you will share two bathrooms, one with a shower, and share the pictured Kitchen and will have washer and drier in garage. Most of the time, we are all working, so its nice to come home and have peace and quiet in your own room. Third, You are in a gated, secure community! You have the option of paying an extra $30 bucks or so to park your car in the garage inside of the gate, in our house. There are two spots and currently, one is open to you if you want to take it. Fourth, things are simple with shared space: you get cupboard space, and fridge space, and can share pots and pans with other house-mates (its really lax as long as you wash the dishes after use). Same with Bathroom, you get a drawer to put your stuff in. Fifth, I will allow you to reserve this place without payment, but I need you to be sure you can move in ON THE DAY OF JUNE 28th and Pay the landlord the money specified above. Must have a full-time job and able to pay $475 on 1st of every month. Sixth, I will sell to you for cheap the pictured dresser and the box spring and mattress (dresser $30 and bed set, minus sheets, $100). This will save you the hassle of buying and moving these essentials into the room. DO NOT INQUIRE IF YOUR NOT GOING TO BUY THE FURNITURE You have closet space as well as pictured. Jake E.
