I really enjoy living here. The staff is friendly and courteous. I never have to wait on hold and they’re always answering the phones when I call them. The staff is really sweet. The leasing manager is amazing. She is sweet, punctual and have great customer service. The maintenance staff fix things quick and efficiently. The school district is amazing and I love having the ability to walk to all of my favorite restaurants and shopping centers. The location is amazing. It’s the city but where the apartments are located, I was still able to have that suburban neighborhood feeling. The crime rate is low and I have not had any incidents with crime since I’ve lived here. *Update - Still loving my apartment. I just met the maintenance supervisor Fred and he was so nice and courteous. I think he is a great asset to the community. Fred the maintenance guy is always a joyous person to work with. He’s so fast and swift in handling my needs. *Update - Moved into a different unit (needed and wanted a balcony). Had some maintenance concerns and the maintenance team was amazing with addressing all of my concerns. Shout out to Jerry. The transition to a different unit was pleasant. The leasing department is amazing as always. So proud of the leasing manager and Team. They anre truly amazing.
