About 36 Yeadon Ave
3 bedroom 1 bath home in Byrnes Down. Please note the deposit, which is the same as first months rent, holds the property for up to 30 days and must be certified funds. Should we take the unit off of the market for you and you decide to not the unit for any reason the deposit will not be refunded, the deposit becomes refundable only after the full lease has been satisfied. We do not coordinate move-in's on the weekends or holidays. All showings must be scheduled during normal business hours, no last minute showings will be scheduled on the weekends or holidays. All applicants/occupants over the age of 18 must have a credit score of at least 600, a co-signer, or ability to place twice the normal deposit. We do not accept tenants with previous evictions. We also verify your rental and criminal history. All applicants and potential occupants will be declined should they have a felony on their record and any misdemeanors that involve theft, sexual oriented crimes, drug oriented crimes, crimes against person or property (except DWI, DUI or DWLS). If search results are positive applicant, co-signer, or occupant will be automatically denied. Occupancy Standards~ 1 Bedroom Maximum of two (2) occupants, 2 Bedroom Maximum of four (4) occupants and so on. Pet fee of $300 will be charged for units allowing pets, if this fee is not paid pets should not ever be on the property, no dog sitting or pets on the property at any time. Breed Restrictions: The following types of dogs (whether pure bred or mix breed) are prohibited: Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, German Shepherds, Huskies and any other aggressive breeds.
