Address: 3597 Malsum Drive, North Vancouver. Nestled near Deep Cove and Seymour Mountain, our modern townhome welcomes you to rent a room with its own bathroom. The area is quiet, tranquile surrounded by greenery, and 10 minutes away from the ocean and mountains. A floor to ceiling window gives you ample natural light. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable single bed, TV, small table/chair, a dresser/closet and a secure door. You'll also have your own private bathroom equipped with a full soaker tub/shower. The kitchen and living room are shared with us, the owners. Transportation: get downtown direct via a bus in 40 min; two other buses are available to get you to Lonsdale in North Van. What's included: Utilities (hot water, heat) WiFi Laundry (wash once a week in one load; please purchase your own detergent) Hot tub (that's right!) TV (you'll need to add your own Netflix account) Shared kitchen and fridge What's not included: Food - you're responsible for your own meals and groceries. Fridge space will be provided with shelving in the pantry. Room cleaning - you'll need to clean your room/bathroom You are: A mature and responsible individual who works or goes to school. References will be requested. Single occupancy only. No smoking of any kind. We have a very friendly cat. She'll stay out of your room but you need to be ok with pets and have no allergies.
