Anyone interested in making an appointment to walk-through 3519 must first complete a Realtor. com Renter Application prior to an appointment being made. Rental Terms will include but not be limited to: We would require a first month's rent, a similar security deposit and a similar surety deposit paid prior to the first day of any potential rent. The security and surety deposits will be held in a non-interest bearing bank account for the term of any potential rental. If at the conclusion of the rental the conditions of our home remain as they were prior to the renters move-in day, we will return the security deposit in full. With all rental payments and other potential rental related payment obligations paid in full prior to the conclusion of the rental and if the conditions of the return of the security deposit have also been met, we will return the surety deposit in full. Prior to the move in day, we would request the prospective renter walk through the home and turn on and use all its fixtures and features to see in person their proper operating condition and identify any concerns. There is a limit of 7 immediate family members in total and a limit of only 4 immediate family members over the age of 21 will be able to reside within our home during the rental term. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn care, pest, appliance maintenance and renter's insurance including liability. We will not be able to host puppies, cats, birds, reptiles, livestock nor fish.
