This spacious unfurnished one bedroom and one bathroom condo unit is located on the 5th level of the Potomac Place Condominium. Features include 742 square feet of living space, large windows, central heating and cooling and in-unit laundry. The kitchen is nicely outfitted with solid wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The spacious living room is located off the kitchen and has west facing windows and access to a private balcony. The bedroom is nicely sized, has west facing windows, and two closets. The bathroom is nicely appointed with a large vanity, and a combo bath/shower. The Potomac Place Condominium is part of a larger condo association complex. The complex has a gym (machines, workout room, weight room), pool, business center, and reservable common-areas for larger gatherings. The building is secure building with fob access. The main building (Potomac Park Tower - 800 4th ST SW) has a 24/7 concierge, which handles package deliveries. This complex is located near the SW Waterfront Metro, a Safeway grocery store, a branch of the DC library, the DC Wharf, and many other local businesses and restaurants.
