The previous tenants were a family that had lived there for over a decade. The house is beautiful and I love it, but I am moving cross-country for grad school. The roommates are really nice and we do have spontaneous dinner/wine nights. Everyone's a working professional and out and about quite a bit (some of my roommates I only see every other week) so the house is fairly quiet during the week. Currently a mixed gender house, so this room is open to everyone! The landlord is very nice and excellent about getting things fixed promptly without hassle. Looking for non-smokers with steady jobs that can provide a couple of references.
