Two bedroom, 1 bathroom, 792 sf condo in Washougal all on one level. Fenced back patio, front landscape maintenance taken care of by the HOA. The washer and dryer are included. Water, sewer, and garbage INCLUDED in the rent. HOA dues are paid by the owner. Neighborhood park in the center of the complex with covered picnic area and a basketball half court next to it. 12 month lease. $1,700 deposit ($200 of this is non-refundable). Application fee is $50 per adult. Professional yard maintenance provided for the front yard. Will consider one cat or small dog with a $300 pet fee. A second small pet will be considered with $50 per month pet rent. Please review the full screening criteria prior to making a showing appointment. It is available upon request or at lacamaspm(dot)com. Renter's insurance required to pick up keys. No boats, trailers or RV's. Two parking spaces come with the condo. We do not accept reusable tenant screening reports or zillow applications. Professionally managed by Lacamas Property Management.
