My current roommate is looking to move a bit closer to SF, so I am looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment (top, 4th floor) with at Crescent Village - Toscana (the newest community). I would like to resign the lease for another 12mo. The rent would be cut in half from the $3035/mo price ($1517.50), with the first month being pro-rated since the month has already began. This figure does not include utilities (power, TV/internet, and water usually comes out to ~$80/mo each, give or take). Also not included is your half of the $500 security deposit ($250) or the $193 1yr renter's insurance ($96.50). So what DOES this include? I'll try not to bore you to death, but here's a quick list of the usual suspects. A full list and more can be found at the complex' website, linked below. -Central air -Dedicated garage parking spot -In-apartment washer/dryer -Hardwood floors, carpeted bedrooms, walk-in closet -Access to pools (the Toscana pool is the only one on campus that is 25yds!), grills, hot tubs, and fireplaces at all 5 communities -Access to 2 gyms, fitness room, tennis/basketball courts -Access to park, game room (TVs, poker table, shuffleboard, pool), movie theater OTHER IMPORTANT FACTS -The apartment comes unfurnished, but with all of the stuff that I have, you will essentially only need to populate your own bedroom -Referring to the floor plan image, your bedroom would be the one on the left of the picture. The bedroom pictures is the bedroom that you would have (minus the furniture in there) -Literally across the street from Cisco, Altera, and ThermoFisher Scientific -It should be a given, but rent/utilities must be paid on time. The complex will perform a background/credit check upon application ABOUT ME -24yo single male -Originally from MA, been living in the Bay for 1yr -Likes: food/cooking, competitive swimming, music, poker -My job is a cross between engineering and business for a major tech company. There are days where I will work from home, and there are days where I will drive 200+ mi. There is very little day to day consistency, which essentially forces me to be a very flexible person -I am a very tidy person, but I have lived with people before who are the exact opposite.
