The room is located in a great area (19th St and Chestnut), very safe and convenient. CVS, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, fancy restaurants (or you just need some pizza :)), trolley and bus stops are just 1 minute away from you. It is also very close to suburban station, city hall and central business district. The bedroom is spacious, newly renovated (with or without furniture, you can choose!!) with a walk-in closet. Nice and big common area (including 2 extra closets), provides great privacy for your room. Your roommate will be a super nice and quiet female. Central Air; washer and dryer are in the unit. Water and trash disposal are included in the rent; you just need to split electricity and wifi (approximately 80 bucks in winter) Do not hesitate to reach out to me if you are interested. The room is ideal for folks who work or study in the city!!
