My roommate is moving out for a job in Seattle and I am looking for a new roommate who can take the bedroom (14'.4"x11'.3"). I am living in the living room. I have created this nice private space (pretty much a room, see the pictures) in the living room for myself so I would like to rent the bedroom out to share the rent. Available by Sunday, May 1st!!(A week or two earlier is acceptable as well) About the apartment: Apartment is located in Daly city, walking distance to BART Daly City Station (10 minutes) and walking distance to Westlake Shopping Center (8 minutes) which has Trader Joe's, Safeway, Home Depot and bunch of restaurants and banks. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet and free parking available in the apartment complex and if you want parking garage, you can also purchase garage parking for about 100 dollars a month. It's a one bedroom apartment so you will be sharing the bathroom with me. The bedroom is 14.4"x11.3 with a huge window and entire wall closet with mirror doors. It is as big as the living room and a decent size studio. You will be sharing the kitchen with me. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. I do not cook often and I would prefer my potential roommate not to do heavy cooking as well since I will be living in the living room. Laundry in the building. No need to leave the building. You will be sharing utilities and internet cost with me. Which is probably around 50-75 a month per person. 8 Months lease left in the apartment however I am planning to stay here after the lease ends so 6 months to 1 year lease is preferred. Preference will be given to whom can sign 1 year lease. About me: I am 28 years old male, hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and moved here from east coast to work for a Biotech Company in South San Francisco. I work 8-6 pm and usually come home for sleeping during the weekdays. I am very clean, responsible and friendly person. I have lived with the same roommates for 5 years before I moved out here without any problem and we were best friends. About you: Only one person for the room. Working professional, outgoing and friendly, no heavy cooking or parties in the apartment. You can have occasionally over night guests as long as you discuss with me ahead of time. I try to keep the apartment very clean so I would appreciate it if you do the same. No pets, no smoking.
