As a resident, you’ll enjoy stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, vinyl plank flooring, a range, a microwave, and other modern touches to your apartment home. We’ll offer a sense of community via a fitness center (with wi-fi), planned social activities, and laundry facilities on every floor. Our controlled access system, sprinkler system, 24-hour emergency maintenance, elevator, and smoke-free community will give you peace of mind. Apartments are available now, so apply today for a quick move-in! Resident pays all utilities (gas, water, electricity) as one utility fee. There is a separate $47/month media fee for internet, router, and 24/7 tech support. (Internet service is exclusively through our Comcast agreement.) Equal housing opportunity. Amazing staff, thank you so much Tina for getting me a perfect apartment here. Always there if I have questions and I really appreciate you so much!! Maintenence staff is great as well and was super helpful with my move in. If you’re looking for an affordable place to live this is it!! Also brand new, very happy with everything. Thanks again 🙏🏼

I stopped by today to get more info on the one-bedroom units available. Heather was super helpful and showed me a few options. Her upbeat attitude and knowledge made me really like the place, despite some negative reviews. I’d recommend visiting in person. The units are renovated and quite a steal for the price, especially in Sterling Heights compared to other nearby places I checked out.
