This one bed two bath unit for rent checks most every box:boasting over 900 square feet of living space as well as two full bathrooms AND a private balcony with in-unit washer. dryer all mixed in with a full service building. This home has size and space but also light: natural light flows in from the nine (9)! windows that face South and West, so the light is bright almost all day long. Situated at the top of the building and at the end of the hallway, this home is not only bright, but also very quiet as it's above the surrounding buildings and away from the street outside. The entry foyer contains a large coat closet to the left and a full bathroom (w shower stall) to the right. The closet has a built-in organizer which optimizes storage capabilities. Additionally, there is a laundry closet with a stacked washer dryer The dryer vents outside, so clothes dry quickly. This space opens into the kitchen and living area with plenty of cabinetry to accommodate most storage needs. All appliances are stainless steel and includes a dishwasher and granite countertops. From here, you can open up your private balcony with views all the way down to the Verrazano Bridge. The master bedroom is the absolute best: built with an en-suite, windowed bathroom with a jacuzzi-tub and 5 total windows. This room could fit any sized bed plus furniture and has a built in closet organizer as well. Add in the Nest system for the the central AC and heat and it's truly a space that can become a gorgeous home. The building itself was built in 2006 with 9 floors and 59 units, Park Circle is one of the few full-service buildings in this area: includes a 24 door-person, super, roof deck, gym, kids playroom.
