All 3 bathrooms have many upgrades including the fan, lighting and faucets. Upstairs baths have new sinks and many additional upgrades. Entry level living space makes a great office/gym with 1/2 bath. LED Fire place. Finished garage has an epoxy coated floor with room for an additional vehicle in the driveway. Peaceful walking trail along the river. Too many upgrades to list! There is a 1 time $150 move-in fee that residents are responsible to pay.
