Move in date of 2/1/2024, possibly sooner if needed. Prefer 12 month lease with option for extension, but can be flexible. Well behaved dog(s) and cat(s) are welcome with deposit! Dogs/cats allowed with $500 pet deposit per animal, one month's rent due at signing. 12 month lease preferred. Renters pay all utilities.
