Security bars on each window for the safety of the entire family. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. One small pet will be considered, and all of our units are nonsmoking. Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis. If the pet is approved, a $600 non-refundable pet deposit and a $60 monthly pet fee. Tenant pays all utilities.
