2 private, unfurnished rooms available. The larger room has a base rent of $750 and the smaller room has a base rent of $700 (not including utilities). Rooms are conveniently next to a bathroom. The house has hardwood floors throughout, great natural light, and is on a quiet cul-de-sac next to the park and is near the greenway. All shared spaces are fully furnished. Unheated storage space is available in the basement cellar. NOTE: Although the lease is displayed as 1 year, we are open to other time periods as well. No smoking inside. Conveniently located near the bus line and close to the Knollwood mall shopping center and Target. The house includes a patio and fully fenced backyard that you will have access to. Room Dimensions: Room A: 13.5X10 Ft Room B: 10X10 Ft You will have your own room. The rest of the house will be shared among the housemates. Currently I am the only one living in the house and I am the homeowner looking for a couple of roommates. No pets are allowed. Background check required as part of application process. A credit score of 700+ is required along with gross income of at least 3 times the monthly rent.
