Located minutes from Diamond Peak and approximately 15 minutes from Mt. Rose, the condo puts you within easy reach of two outstanding ski mountains. After a day on the slopes, come home to lake views, a cozy gas fireplace, and a comfortable, thoughtfully updated home designed for both relaxing and working remotely. The condo includes two dedicated underground parking spaces and elevator access, making it easy to get from your car to the penthouse with skis, boots, groceries, and gear. For remote work, there is a fully equipped home office with a large monitor, printer, and office supplies, so you can arrive ready to work without having to recreate your office away from home. The condo is exceptionally well equipped for an extended stay. The kitchen includes quality cookware, Crate & Barrel dinnerware, glassware, and cutlery, along with the everyday essentials you need to truly live here rather than simply vacation here. Available November through March for stays of 1–5 months, with preference given to a tenant looking for a 2–3-month stay. Bring your skis and your suitcase — everything else is here. Amenities Include: • All utilities: cable, Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, water, garbage removal • Snow removal provided by HOA • 2 IGVID guest passes • At least 1 month of all essentials: laundry and dishwasher detergents, paper products, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. Other essentials: vanity supplies and Superhuman makeup mirror, hair dryer, curling iron, sunscreen, and many other toiletries. • Kitchen includes Keurig and pods, toaster oven, high-speed blender, sous vide, many condiments, spices, disposables, food storage, and other supplies.
