I love calling the Marlette home! I can’t wait until it’s all finished. The club house is amazing and the amenities just keep growing. The gym is very nice all new top level equipment. The heated pool is huge and I love the lounge chairs it’s like a resort. The spa is nice and hot and they even have a pet spa station makes me wish I had a pet. The staff is very kind and customer service oriented. I have covered parking witch will pay off soon as the snow hits. I have great neighbors and the location is perfect for me. Walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. My kitchen in soooo! nice with a huge island and refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker. If you are looking for a new place to call home they are definitely worth checking out!

Updated Review. I wrote my original review in a fit of rage. I will be honest my first few months here was a disaster. Management was a mess and people parking in your assigned spots you pay for. Breakers tripping randomly/ etc. Currently it has Alex at the helm and I gotta be frank she's doing a bang up job. Responded to the review and emailed about what issues I had. Currently got the electric's fixed; my Ahole neighbor is getting tow notices; and the gates finally got fixed. I am a gamer and the ethernet ports in the place were installed but were not hooked up. I raised that as an issue and that is getting fixed. Currently got mine replaced and working. So I'm updating the review. TL;DR below PROS: - Beautiful set up, all brand new appliances. The modern look and aesthetic is nice. Love having two rooms on opposite corners and having a full kitchen. Honestly awesome design. -Nice part of town/low crime rate - easy access to backroads to smiths or to the chev on 5th - Great resident hall for hosting guests and hangouts - Decent gym. Small but the barbells go up to 50lbs. Better than most APT gyms - ACTUAL FAST INTERNET - 1000 MB/S UPnDOWN for us nerds (dont know why they don't advertise the numbers??) - Dog friendly. They got a dog spa and I see many dog families. I don't own one but I notice it. CONS: -Price, if you include the parking spaces and 2 bed with electricity it comes to about $2500 a mo. If you have the funds to splurge then you'll like it. If you need a more bang for your buck place then this place may not be for you. - Walls are thin - This one is more of a subjective thing but I don't like the blinds that came with the rooms in this place. The lights from outside and the sun easily bleed into the rooms no matter which way you turn them. If you're a vampire like me you'll need black outs. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BREAKERS TRIPPING get together with maintenance and get your 15amp arc faults changed to 20amp. Have not had an issue since. Room that had my gaming pc would constantly trip. Don't know why as it doesn't pull anything close to 15 amp. Plat rated PSU too. Ever since changing to 20 AMP haven't had an issue. Wrapping up. Current management are honestly surprising me with how they are owning up to things and fixing shit. Its refreshing to see in this day and age.
