Our apartments are conveniently located around the corner from SoHo Square and all the shops and restaurants of downtown Homewood. Grassy hills surround each building with plenty of outside space for community enjoyment. These two bedroom, one bathroom apartments offer ideal living with ample closet space and tons of natural light! All floor plans feature central heat and air, as well as washer/dryer connections. Pest control, trash service , 24-hour emergency maintenance, and lawn care are included with rent. Electric, gas, water, sewer, and cable/internet are paid separately. These apartments are zoned for the award-winning Homewood School System, including: Shades Cahaba Elementary, Homewood Middle School, and Homewood High School. Pets are welcome with a $600 pet fee per animal, and a 3 pet limit per apartment. Breed restrictions for dogs may apply. Unfortunately, we do not have any vacant or model units to show. This unit is still occupied by the current resident. However, we do have pictures + video of most of our units before they moved in!
