This condo is in excellent condition. Photos and video are of the unit as you will see it. In person tours are available. 1 parking space included. Comcast 1100mb connection also included plus Cable TV. Walking into the unit you will find a large kitchen that overlooks the dining and living room area. The kitchen has a dishwasher and countertop seating. A spectacular mural is artfully displayed in the dinning room as well, a definite conversation starter. Going through the living room you will find the second floor balcony which overlooks the grounds and field across the road. The provided cable box and modem are installed in the living room. Down the hall you will find a closet for the full washer and dryer, full bath, and bedroom. The bedroom is large and has room for a king bed, has a walk in closet, and a second hookup for the cable. As a tenant you are responsible for electric only. Renter's insurance is required. Water/sewer/Gas/Trash, cable and internet included. The building has a secured package room, gym, shared grills, and a community room with full kitchen you can rent. Overall, the building has been very well maintained. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit (must meet association rules and regulations, 1 pet max). (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income (3x the rent), credit (630+), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
