The neighborhood is extremely safe; our little residential street is two blocks off College AVE (@ Clifton) and 7 blocks to Rockridge BART. (See below for map URL). There is plenty of parking and you can get a permit. We are very casual people to live with, respectful of other peoples' needs, and easy to talk to. One of us is a lesbian the other is a straight guy. White, person of color, straight, gay, old, young, man or woman you are all welcome. We are looking for a non-smoker, light drinker or non-drinker who does not do drugs. Must have a dog. Our very friendly Standard Poodle would LOVE to have a canine roomie! So it would be great to have a roommate with a dog so we can let each others dog outside when the other is not around.
