The kitchen, porch and living room are the common areas. It has hardwood floors (so we have to walk with a soft step for the people downstairs) and is generally breezy/cool in the summer since it is in the trees. It’s a very quiet hideaway with lush vegetation and two pools in a gated community. * First month rent plus the same amount deposit, due prior to move in. I will request credit score, last 2 pay stubs and references.
